Director – PT. Selaras Harapan Semesta
Sultan is a senior professional with more than 20 years of experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Petrochemical, and Industrial Construction projects across Indonesia.
Since 2013, he has served as President Director of PT. Selaras Harapan Semesta, leading the company’s strategic growth, project execution, and operational management.
Before joining PT. Selaras Harapan Semesta, he served as General Manager at PT. Yasa Industri Nusantara, a subsidiary of PT Rekayasa Industri, where he handled various major industrial and infrastructure projects across Indonesia. His project portfolio includes works for PLN, Pertamina, Wilmar, Astra Agro Lestari, Pupuk Sriwijaya, Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, and IKPP – Sinar Mas.
With strong expertise in project management, construction execution, cost control, planning, and stakeholder coordination, Sultan continues to lead PT. Selaras Harapan Semesta in delivering reliable, efficient, and high-quality engineering and construction solutions.
